Charter Internet Outage

Is anyone else internet going at a snails pace? Here in Lexington I have been getting under under 1mg all evening. Apparently it's happening in middle TN too.

My sister has Charter and has experienced issues the past few days. I couldn't tell you if it's because of a system wide outage or not as her house has always had spotty wifi.

I've been having trouble in west Knox County, TN.

Had to unplug the power to reset the Charter modem, my WIFI router, and the Charter cable box several times.

I know they had a pole knocked down in Nashville and we were getting Internet out of Alabama for a while. It was the main fiber optic line. Mine is still not back to normal
