Charter Internet Issues

My Charter internet has been going at a snails pace all day. Tried calling customer service and get nothing but a busy signal.

Anyone else with Charter having issues?

Having the same problem for the past few hours. Although we don't appear to be close to each other.

Their Customer Service number is still busy. Been using Charter for over 12 years now and that's the first time I have ever had that happen.

Mine has worked intermittently & been sluggish when it has.

Try changing your DNS to either OpenDNS or Google's Public DNS.

Im in Montgomery, it was down at my house too, i don't know if it still is or not.

My sister has Charter here in West Knoxville and she actually thought something was wrong with her computer. I'll have to tell her about this now, this would explain it.

From 4 pm until sometime within the last two hours it was crappy here. I have never seen something like this happen to places so far apart.

I was doing great all day yesterday until about 4 pm & was knock off all night. I checked w/customer service around 10:15 pm finally & a voice said there was an outage in my area & the tech members were working on fixing the problem. Back up this morning though. I was wondering if this heat wave had anything to do with it?

Its been out all the way down in Georgia accordin to my kin down there (I don't claim them). All this computer stuff is touch an go.

Yup they took down the Play Station Network too.
