Certainly have not heard his name even mentioned here in STL. Have seen a long list of possible assistants and he is not on it.

I don't even think Chaney has a link to Fisher. No chance this happens. I still think Shottenheimer gets that job, and Fisher and Marty S. were friends.

Didn't realize Fisher wanted to pass it to the same receiver every down. That's a far cry from his standard, run left, run right, incomplete pass to tight end, punt.

Doesn't necessarily mean he is interviewing for the OC job fwiw.

Fisher likes to lock the qb out of practice facility as well. That is a far cry from what Channey would do.
