Chairback Cushion Texts

Anyone else getting mutiple texts from UT today? I’ve gotten 4 this afternoon. Which is funny in itself because I have real chairback seats.
I purchased them last week. But, I haven’t received a texts. The only communication was email reminding me of parking requests.

If anyone ever goes postal at Neyland, it’s because they were tortured by the Temu chair back people in front of them.. Calling it.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see DW remove your seat’s back rest and try to sell it back to you mid game. Might want to respond to those texts just to make sure he’s not standing over your seat with an angle grinder right now.

Just noticed that if you renewed, the seats were not on the renewal. I added 2 seats and went to add just for those and had a selection for all of them.

You have to purchase the seatbacks separately each year. I debated whether or not to add them this year, since you can't really put your weight against the back due to pounding the person's shins behind you, but pulled the trigger anyway.

I've purchased the chairbacks for several years. Two years ago they did not have it at the first game so I got a free removable one. It was installed before the 2nd.
Last year same thing, BUT they never did install it. Said they had no record although I had the receipt. They guy with the removable seats said he could do nothing about it since he was only the supplier/contractor. This year I have copy of the receipt on my phone and will show them.

Thank you for not leaning back. My shins were bruised after every game last season.

We swapped our seats with the guy next to us last year (so that all of his tickets were together). Unfortunately his seat backs did not get swapped and I had to sit in them all season, despite notifying them that they were in the wrong place.

I didn’t like that because it forced me to sit forward more than usual and the big guy in front of me really sandwiched my poor legs with his seat back.

I really don’t like them because the curved back and the support bars take an extra two inches out of every row.. That’s valuable real estate in the corners of the stadium.

I agree - I hate them. I fill out the survey they send every year pointing out the issues but nothing changes. The only saving grace is we are in a row with permanent chairs in front of us, so nobody can lean back. If that weren't the case, we'd probably drop our seats altogether.
