I would much rather take a green Tee Martin and patiently give him 6-8 years (instead of the usual 3-5) to get it rolling. His upside at UT is way higher than Morris in my estimation. He would make mistakes early on, but Tee was always able to learn. He's very crafty.

Or hire the damn pirate Mike Leach and be instantly competitive.

Not really sure how his upside is higher tbh. Tee is a Vol legend as a player. Just not really seen a whole lot from him as a coach to base that on.

Chad Morris will leave for Texas A&M first chance he gets. He is an alum and has only coached at one school outside of Texas, Clemson.

I'm pretty sure he coached at Tulsa before Clemson.

Morris would be a better hire than Doeren. About anybody would be better than him.

He even looks like JONES and cries like a baby about something everytime his teams get their asses kicked.
