So how is rocker listed as his recruiter? The dude committed July 3rd never showed signs of wavering and signed on the 20th of December. After the new staff was in place they still had to reach out to Emerson and the others and assure them that their offer was still valid, and also make sure they were still on board. Rocker was probably the point man on that.
And no, the LOI is signed on signing day. Before that is a non binding verbal commitment.
