CBS ranked all programs this decade - Vols land at 16th. Here is what they said about UT:

Phil Fulmer averaged almost nine wins per season until last year's 5-7 clunker. The problem (with more than a few fans) was an inability to beat Florida with any regularity or to win the SEC at all this decade.

Considering the 2 losing seasons, I'd say that's pretty accurate. Can't argue with teams 11-15. The top ten will likely be Miami, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Texas, Oklahoma, OSU, USC and Va Tech.

Surprised about Utah being in there.

being ranked ahead of Auburn & Bama gives me something to bring up at the bar...ugh I mean barber shop.

I think Nebraska should be lower than us, but besides that I think we may be too high. You could put Auburn in front of us for sure.
