If you don't think clothes, shoes, watches, and cars don't matter to many of these recruits, you have your head in the sand! JMO

Butch knows!

Part of being an AD or a coach at the level UT is at requires one to embrace the sales/marketing piece of the job. If one cannot do that for sure the struggle will be real for them. LOTS of examples of this but one of our own, Chavis is an example. With his bonafides he probably could have or should have been a HC somewhere by now. Not saying he wants to do that job, I don't know. But I do know the marketing side of the college football business is not something he embraces or does well and IMO has limited him. CBJ is the exact opposite in that he comes across as very sincere embracing that part of his job at UT.

Had not seen the SC boom box before and that is a sore sight for the eyes. Spurs Up? Is that like anchor down? Inspired from when musclecramp was at UT-lite and had to deal with TX Tech and their Guns up?
