CB for Juke Harris to Vols

Can someone explain what a "CB" is for the uninformed?
Insiders/staff on these websites make crystal ball predictions on where people go based on their knowledge of a situation. They sorta get graded on their accuracy on these to show their reliability so they “usually” wait to give a prediction until they have a good reason.

Anyone on there can do it and few actually matter. I thought this one was important because we’re competing against Michigan and UNC here- and it’s the Michigan staff with knowledge of the situation there predicting him to go with the Vols.

End of the day- these mean nothing and are wrong all the time but gives us something to gripe about or hope in .

HS kids are not bringing that kind of money unless they’re really top 10 recruit level.
He looks really athletic and bouncy for a 6.9 kid . This is the kind of kid that really might mature into a great player. The only problem is won’t have the time with him

Too risky. Unless they are literally "one + dun" projection, it's hard to put any money into them. Before they develop they are xferred out. Makes no sense to sign them. Evans & Brown are good examples. I don't know what they are making, but one stayed and one went for two 4* players. The underclassmen seasons are normally a developing players worst. Once we sink the energy in to develop them, they jump to greener pastures. Evans had a better FR season than Cam Carr and you see where he ended up. Evans may ultimately be a stud, but for us his productivity was marginal.
