i got into it over the summer watching re-runs and it's made it into my weekly DVR cycle now. it's nothing super hilarious but i'm not sue it's supposed to be but it's good for a few chuckles every time

Started watching it a few years back. Nathan Fillion is simply terrific. Was glad to see he landed a show after Firefly. Also, I'd watch just for Stana Katic.

One of my favorite episodes is called "The Final Frontier" its about a murder at a scifi convention about a show that become a cult hit after it was cancelled airing only 12 episodes.

Beckett is secretly a fan of the show but Castle (Nathan Fillion) said “They were canceled over a decade ago. After 12 episodes, which was 12 episodes too many," he then goes on to say “I’m a fan of good sci-fi. ‘Star Trek,’ ‘Battlestar,’ that Joss Whedon show, but ‘Nebula-9?’ No, it’s all phony melodrama and lifeless acting,"

The episode was also directed by Jonathan Frakes (Commander Will Riker from Star Trek TNG)
