Capturing still images from DVDs

Whats the best way to go about doing this?

You can refer to the HELP section of your dvd decoding program, but it is simular with different programs.

With WinDVD, you press [cntrl]+[p] to load it into Windows clipboard.

Then you can paste it into paint or another image editing program.
