I've been suffering from insomnia for years,it comes and goes.I can't help you with any information on what to do because I have yet to find a solution for myself.I can tell you this,don't start taking any over the counter sleep-aids.I started taking some sleep-aids I had bought at Walmart and I became addicted to them.It's funny because the box stated that they were not habit forming.That was a bunch of crap.I finally got off the freaking things.I rather not get any sleep than to be what I was when I was taking the sleep-aids.Good luck on finding whatever helps you.
