Cant put my avavtar back up........

I was messing around with my avatar and tried to put up a different picture but it won't let me.I deleted my old picture and now I can't get any picture to come up.I know my pic's are the right size so that's not my problem.

Is your avatar one of the following type of files? gif, jpg, jpeg, png...

Can you go to the topic that will never die and post the picture or will it not let you do that either?

I tried it again and it allowed me to put it up this time,thanks again for the help OWB.
