it would be chaos. I am undecided on whether it is good for the game. It certainly bestows additional work for the coaches to keep and recruit signed players. However, it is certainly good for the students, as mobility is always a good bargaining chip for the less powerful in a power disparity.

Those poor coaches and their million dollar salaries with guaranteed money for getting fired. I hate they have this extra work on their plate.

All kidding aside, the salary is nice but these coaches seem to have no life outside of the game. I don’t blame Randy Sanders for retiring in his 50s.
