Can you imagine if Kiffin had commented on a Big 10 coach?

You're the one that popped off about Fox News and you expect no one to comment on it.

Yeah, I'd expect somebody to pop off about how awful Fox new is too. CNN is almost as bad with their bleeding-heart dbag analysts but Fox News is the most dumbed down version I have ever seen. Watching the feces they call news is an insult.

And I suppose that the "network" with Meaty Fingers Maddow and Ogreman is the picture of unbiased journalism?:nono:

Enough with the douche spill of politics in here. Nobody cares what you're views are, or what news channel sleeps with which party.

You seemed to care enough to say something about it.

But you're still right anyway. We should all agree that ABC/CBS/FOX/CNN/MSNBC suck a nearly equal amount.

+1

But I am starting to tire of Fox Nexs. Hannity is too much of a blowhard and the addition of Glen Beck is fail. Neil Cuvoto (spelling?) is awesome and the Sunday show is very good. I can take or leave O'Reilly.

... Sorry, I just realized that I ran off on a tangent. Well, I need to make a beer run.

From what I can tell, ESPN blasts the big ten for the poor performance against other conferences. No, the BigTen catches hell from ESPN.

Honestly, Living in a Big Ten university, everyone here feels the exact opposite. ESPN really doesn't like the Big Ten other than Basketball (When it is good). The only team that gets credit Nationally is Ohio State(way too much if you ask me), other than that All I hear about is SEC in Football, and ACC in Basketball. I know you think that I am wrong because Big Ten had the Football rights for awhile, but ESPN now has SEC, and first hand I can tell you that Illinois has been screwed when it comes to nationally televised games....Not saying I like Illinois getting more Air Time over SEC Teams, but It seems to me if it is a choice between #21 Illinois v.s. #7 Missouri, or #23 Alabama v.s #12 Clemson.....Alabama gets the Nationally Televised game.....(That isn't the only example, just one that was close enough to decently compare it too.)

Next year you won't hear about anyone from the Big 10 besides Ohio State, and whoever pulls of an out of conference upset, or has some fake Heistman trophy contender.

But to answer the first question, I am so glad it wasn't a Big 10 coach, I'd be getting it so hard from all my Illinois fans about how low our program keeps getting....from a program that is yearly lower than we ever have or will be....

Oh, if he had gigged the Big 10, we'd all suffer hearing loss from the high-pitched shrieks.

Big 11 ... is that the 10 plus USC or Notre Dame?

I'm not sure it would have been worse if it was Rodriguez. Meyer has won 2 of the last 3 titles and coaches a rival, so it can't get much bigger.

B10 gets no respect from ESPN, and the country due to their recent BCS performances. it wouldnt be that big of a deal

TV contracts and such are worked out far in advance. Networks can't just pick the games they want to air the day before.
