I'm sure it's been discussed, but I can't find it.

If Florida wins out, and we lose to A&M and Bama, who goes to the SECCG? Us or Florida?

Florida will be disqualified from the post-season when it is discovered that the toothpaste, deodorant, and foot powder issued by the Athletics Department contain trace amounts of PEDs and progesterone.

Please, their QB would have played too poorly last week to be doping.

Some of these answers show how uninformed some of our fan base is.

I can't see how it's that hard to understand either if you lose 2 conference games & the team you beat doesn't they go to Atlanta. It's been that way since 92.

OP, ask your friend where he has EVER seen SEC East only records posted. No one keeps up with that because it rarely matters. What is shown when conference rankings are posted is the SEC TOTAL record and the overall record.

Tell him that we said that you get to throw out one loss from the West but that you couldn't use head to head as a tiebreaker after throwing out a loss, so the East would be decided by best 3 out of 5 coins flipped simultaneously on the Paul Finebaum Show.

Kinda like in 99 we beat Bama on their own field by two TD's; woulda been more if not for the Cheese fumbling on the two yd. line, but Bama still won the championship.
