Can he....?

We all know Kiffin can recruit top talent all over the country. Over the next 2-3 season's he will load this team up with butt loads of talent.

But my question is & this is why im 50/50 on the hire is can this man teach these talented kids? Can he teach the X's & O's of football well enough to where we dont have the offensive mess we had this year. Can he make the kid's really buy into the system?

Also can he be a good enough disciplinarian? That was one of my knock's on Fulmer is he didnt discipline those kids that messed up enough the first couple of times they got in trouble. Kiffin has never had to lay the hammer down on a kid.

We will know the coaching aspect of it this coming year. If he can take the marginal talent we have on this team & win 8-10 games next year then yes ill believe the man can coach the X's & O's of the game. Am i saying we should win 8-10 games no but it is a possibility. As he get's more & more talent on this team he should be able to win 9-11 games each year here if he is a great X's & O's guy.

He has the pedigree it seems like. The Xs and Os throughout his life that could lead to him loading up on talent and figuring out how to get that talent in the endzone quickly. I am by no means making a guarantee, because he is 33 years old and not the most proven guy, but there is a lot, lot of potential that i love.

As far as discipline goes... It might have been part of just picking the right kids to begin with. Certain people you just can't and won't get through to i don't think. Lamarcus coker being an example. I'm not throwing a name out there just to bash him, i just knew if i didn't say a name someone would say "oh well like who!?!"
