This Is NOT Mullins 1st year, (It is with a different team yeah) but he has been a HC he knows what it's like and what it takes. Pruitt has Never been a HC, so quit comparing Mullins 1st tr at FL to Pruitt's 1st tr at UT. Its totally different between the two regardless of the players.

I don't need to know anything about locker room antics, or practice, to not call 'run-run-pass' regardless of the field position, defensive look, or matchups, which is what Helton did all night.

Maybe we should have hired a guy with SEC HC experience instead of someone who has to learn on the job.

With all due respect this is bull. It doesn't take four years of coaching a system to simply not screw up every play. You can get physically dominated and explain it away being we have wosre players but discipline and smart football play is coaching.

There's a lot of similarity between ourselves and Nebraska. I don't think anyone on here would say that Scott Frost can't coach. He's going to have to change the culture, just like Pruitt. As much as it sucks, it will take some time.

Excuses. You all same ones saying wait until Dooley gets his guys, wait until Jones gets his guys. Good coaches find ways to win games, hell as bad as Jones was even he didn't get blew out by Florida

Heck right now Tennessee needs to be able to compete with and maybe beat bad power 5 teams...........and that is about as much as we can hope for.
