what Marlon Walls' height and weight are?

Apparently he's anywhere from 6'1" - 6'4" and 225-290lbs

He is definitely at least 280, that has been confirmed several times over this spring. Muscle weighs more then fat, his weight should be in his legs and upper body, not in his stomach.

So it is confirmed?

LWS seems to think he's no more than 260...

You're right about muscle weighing more than fat...and Walls may be another Vlad Richard where he's still pretty ripped even at 280-290

Every report I have ever seen about him since he's been on UT's campus is that he is over 280 close to 290. So yes it has been confirmed, and he is pretty freakish in that he weighs that much but still kept a lot of his speed and is almost all muscle.

I'm 6 foot, almost. I stood next to him 2 weeks and talked to him. he is not 3-4 inches taller than me. perhaps an inch and no more..

and for the OP, unless I myself put him on scales, then I would not state anything as certain..

I rarely believe height listings...and with Walls I'm more concerned with weight...I'd like to believe he's more like 280...but I would like to see him myself...or see some better practice pictures before I make a guess

Marlon Walls if he stays around 270-290 would be a perfect fit for a DE in the 3-4 system... I am just comparing him to the likes of Washington and Deadrick, Bama's starting DE's last year who stood at 285 and 275 respecitivley

I'm telling you I think there are two Marlon Walls on our team. One is a DL and one is a LB. I'm not 100% positive but I'm pretty sure. Unless he's gained 60 lbs since HS.

I guess only he truly knows...definitely would go with the UT official website as being the most accurate in height, and obviously in weight.

I've seen UT give out heights and weights on players for over 40 years and a good 50% are distorted..

Keith Davis, mid 80s running back came in as a freshman at 6'1". each year he got shorter and left UT at 5'9"..

my advice is to NOT believe UT released measureables. they ahve way too many errrors to be believable... on purposes I believe
