Can anyone in SEC stop Pearl's Vols?

For a lawyer, you can be pretty foolish.

It's not that we think UT 07-08 is better than UF 06-07, it's that the SEC was the 2nd best conference last year. This year, the 6th.

The dropoff from SEC 08 to SEC 07 is BIGGER, imo, than Florida 07 to UT 08.

Well, that's a pretty good point there, VIA.

And there isn't much beyond Vandy in the East to contend with.

Still, tough to win on the road in the SEC night in and night out. I say you lose 4-5 SEC games, win the SEC tournament and then we'll predict the NCAA finish when we know the bracket. Right now, other than against a team with a solid front court and that plays disciplined half court, UT looks to be competitive with anyone.

I think that is highly unlikely. Even UF last year, which was in retrospect much better than this Vols team, couldn't pull off a 2 loss season.

to use your thought process about the relative strength of the two football teams, how did UF do against the lowly Vols over the past couple of years?
