Yeah. Don't give me grief, just looking to see who here on the UT board is a cyclist.

Wish I could bring the bike down for a ride, but must be realistic.

List your latest race or tour.

Me, just completed Seattle to Portland which was 202 miles in 10 hours 15 minutes.

Absolute blast, if not a little shy on rest stops.

I was fat, slow and fat. Could have been in better shape.

What you got UT?!

Averaged 280 watts over a twenty minute time trial this week (up from 256 just 5 weeks ago). Headed to France to climb some of the Tour climbs next week (no joke)

Averaging over 20 mph over 200 miles is no joke, OP. If you're able to do that, I seriously doubt you're anywhere near fat (although I'm not sure of the topography of Seattle to Portland. Surely it's not all down hill)

It's not a long race or anything like you're looking for, but I occasionally bike the loop at Cades Cove. About 11-12 miles, very scenic, lots of wildlife. The loop is closed to vehicle traffic on Saturday mornings making it idea for bikers.

Only one minor climb and a very welcome tailwind most of the way.

10,000 people started and of that 1500 did it in one day with the rest finishing on the second day.

Lot of bodies to hide behind in the paceline definitely helped my average.

Yeah, it's called me being a doofus and originally posting it in the wrong area of the board.

But I can throw a pretty mean football while riding as well.

The Ice Fields Parkway from Banff to Jasper in the Canadian Rockies. Inspite of the rain, sleet, and hail (all of this in the first week of July), easily the best road biking trip I've ever done. Highly recommended.
