I caved and bought it like that sad sack I am every year. None of my friends bought it because they’re smarter than I. For anyone else who lacks will power and ended up buying this… wanna play tonight?

The only commerical I’ve seen for this is about Zombies. I don’t buy these games for zombies . Does the campaign at least look decent?

I think they stopped advertising so hard on cable TV because the demographic they go for doesn’t watch TV anymore. I see stuff for it all the time on YouTube and Hulu ads.

That said.. not really. It’s supposed to be historical fiction about the special forces creation but I don’t like fictional WWII narratives. They’re always awful. I’m just hoping the multiplayer can be good. The way I’ve heard it explained to me is MW19 with a WWII skin.

I’m with you on historical fiction when it comes to WW2. I still might pick it up though.

I just hope the multiplayer is better than Cold War...that s*** was horrible. I need it to be because I'm getting burnt out on Warzone.

I played the beta, I liked it. Not sure I when I will be buying though, I’m still grinding modern warfare multi. Almost to demascus. Never did buy Cold War.

I love the multiplayer. I know it’s good if I can still enjoy it while having a negative k/dr for a game. The last two cods, once I started playing poorly I was quitting. This one it doesn’t matter. Love it

That's my rationale for Battlefield games - I don't care that I lose more one-on-one encounters than I win, I love the strategy and teamwork and feel like even though I'm getting killed I'm helping work towards the greater good. Haven't really felt that about CoD in a long time. It's good to hear that kind of endorsement.

I really like them, feels they went back to the past with the 3 main path designs. I have only played about 5 hours so far though, but enjoying this.
People either love or hate the old 3 lane design. I remember BO3 got a lot of flack for “all the maps being the same” because of the 3 lane fatigue. I enjoy them but I’m an ancient cod gamer at this point. I’ve been around since Cod4.

Since WAW is my favorite of all time, this game really does it for me

Fun game. WW2 cod. Domination is all I play. Hate warzone. Maps are ok. Dome is a riot
