But I really believe this years team is going to start off the year 4-0. Don't ask me why, I just think all of these players have a huge chip on their shoulders and they so desperately want to prove their worth to the nation.

Haters stay out, just saying what is on my mind.

Not sure about 4-0 but I do think we can win 7-8 games. Good chance we are taken lightly this year and can sneak out a couple of "V's".

Funny but the last few times when we've had national expectations we fell flat. Perhaps, just perhaps, it works different this time.

I wont call you anything though I am sure some will. I pray these boys come out and play with like they have nothing to lose, I guess they sort of dont. No one is giving them a chance, I think the boys will be ready. I'm looking at the Oregon game as the catalyst to how the rest of the season will go. I am ready for some freaking Big Orange Football.

They will have an even bigger chip if they watched the "Herbie Awards" on ESPN tonight. Tennessee was picked as one of 5 teams that will be on a "downhill slide" this season. Our players need to use the negative comments as motivation.

As much as I'd love to see it, I don't think we will. I will do a freakin back flip if it does though.

-it's way too early in the season and Oregon struggles with their new QB and offense. Wilcox shut them down just like he did last year. Oregon players get shocked by 100,000+ screaming fans in a SEC venue.

-after a victory over heavily favored Oregon, the team gets fired up just like they did after UGA game last year. we play Florida like it's our national championship game, and somehow Florida manages to lay an egg at Neyland with 4 turnovers.

-UAB=automatic win

3-1 isn't out of the realm of possibility though... the next 4 after that is where it gets ugly

I'm gonna call u a USCjr fan at the beginning of every year......that being said I'm hoping for the best but preparing for the worst but I'll be pulling for the big orange every week regardless.

I'm going with 3-1 with a loss to FLA or the Duckies. This team will flourish being the underdog this year. And UT will be an underdog in almost every single game, with exceptions of Tiger High, Martin High and UAB. But 8 wins is a very real possibility. :crossfingers:
