Calipari full of it at Big Blue Madness...

What was said thats not true....kentucky is one of the easiest jobs in america...a very average coach like joe hall won a NC so anyone with a pulse could win one @ ky....Ky is easy to recruit at...i wouldn't expect the retards like yourself to understand!

I think you fail to mention that they have the most rabid, delusional fans that place more pressure on a coach to perform at an incredibly high level every year than any place in the country. That is why it's not easy.

Kiffinator13 is correct. It is one of the most diffifult jobs in sports. They are completely unrealistic and think they should never lose a game. That's why Cal is the highest paid coach in America. He better be good!!!

It is one of the easiest....just like florida in football...any average coach should win @ these programs....they are easy to recruit to...i admit there is pressure but with the talent they get c-mon!

Yeah, so easy that Tubby Smith walked away from it to take the job at Minnesota and Jay Wright declined to even interview for it twice.

I takes a guy with the personality and ego of a Pitino or Calipari to be able to withstand the fans. It goes beyond just coaching ability, imo.

for a coach who has left a few other programs on the hills of major infraqactions to stand up and talk about superior acadimic standards and the program will be run with integrety ,calipari has never coached with integraty and acadimic standards thats the main reason he left ,and with in 5 to 7 years he will slither away or be kicked to curb for kentucky being put on the worst probation a program can get with out the suspension of the basketball program and be forced to give up every win or tital that uk won during his coaching years,out of the 40 million he was paid to coach ky i bet he bought every recruit that he got because none had uk on list before john wall and his parents are going to move from carolina and move into one of those big houses in lexington,wall probally got atleast 1.5 million from calipari through 4 different offshore accounts to his great great uncle luthor who died and left the family millions ,and the same goes for the other 5 star recruits who probally got a cool million to come to ky and sny future recruits can get money before the nba if they come to kentucky ,but everyone here will read my post and think he is just making that up,but former university of kentucky football player tony mays could tell you if he wanted to his dad was a big blue fan and lived in claiborne county tennessee and his son played football in highscool in ky and his dad made a deal that put my son on team ,and i will spend a million a year slipping the money to kentucky players parents or signess and recruits,which he did from the early 80 till he died some years back ,i know he paid recruits and other boosters did to because i worked some for him and he knew my dad was auk fan and he wonderd why i wasnt and he used to brag and talk about it while we worked or drove around ,and that is just one millionair ky booster who gave money to recruits and their parents to get them in blue,i saw checks written for sums ranging from 160,000 to 2.3 million and they werent sent to the university of kentucky straight up it was like a cia operation funneling money to this person and that one and here and there to be give to recruits and players and he has been dead for 8 or 9 years, but the guy who posted earlier said that ky fans were rabid and wanted a winner so they have bought a lot of victories and calipari has the nerve to talk integrety no uk basketball fan that has more mony than he can spend has integrety they have paid for winners so when calipari gets cought or a former player gets disgruntled and shows concrete evidence that millions of dollars have been paid to players the ncaa and sec should cut uks bb program out for about 10 years

:crazy::eek:lol::mf_surrender:

Correct. There are very few coaches who can handle the Kentucky job and even fewer that want to.
