Calamari and crab legs

I've been working in kitchens on the southeast coast for the last 10 years and I just want to know what it is about giant sea bugs from Alaska and swimming peeni with tentacles. Even in slow times it's hard to keep calamari and crab legs in stock. Rednecks just eat this stuff up.

... I know,... add some cornbread, a lobster tail, bourbon, key lime pie for dessert and you have a delicious meal...

did I mention my birthday is next week, I think I know what I'll be having on the 12th.
