I know this was discussed in an earlier thread but did anyone decide on where everyone was going to meet up at?

I was wondering cause I live in Monterey and my wife is going to a baby shower this Sunday at Walnut Creek. I guess I could scout the place out wearing my orangest sweatshirt!

actually I was talking about a pre-game gathering for Southern Miss in the other thread.

Yes. I always hit it after going to baseball games. Half the time, you'll run into a number of the visiting players and broadcasters there. I'm going straight there after the Tigers-A's on Friday night.

I'll check out lefty's. I also google earthed the stadium and saw that they don't have any parking around that stadium?

I expect to see some ORANGE in SanFran thursday and friday night. Would be great if we can all meet up at a bar and show these Californians how we do things in the south.

Sounds like Lefty O'Douls is the spot?

Nope no parking unless you are willing to park at one of the frats and pay $30. Your best bet is to park at a nearby bart station and bart to the game. You can park in the residential areas around the stadium, but most are permit parking and you will most definetly get a ticket.

I don't know Teddy.I'd hate for you to be hanging out with the Vol guys and you get everyone busted for whatever you happen to be ingesting that night.

Dude, that would never happen. First off I rarely ingest anything, that is a bit harsh. Second, if I pulled a Coker all I would get at the most is a ticket. In SF a majority of cops just make you put it on the ground and then they make you mash it up with your shoe.:cray:
