To'oto'o plays at famed De La Salle High School in California. He's intrigued by the Vols because of former Vol Kevin Simon, who also played linebacker at De La Salle. Of course, Simon is now back on Tennessee's campus working in the player development department which is something that could help get To'oto'o to campus for a visit as early as this spring.
