seriously, those things are amazing. When i was stationed in Florida you could see them circling the range just pounding whatever was left down there, talk about shock an awe.
Ive got a really good friend at Gunship school right now. The entire school for flight engineers on the Gunship takes 5 months. That thing is an electronics nightmare. And they can aerial refuel:bad: I like my non aerial refuelable slick Herk. That means I have to land a little more often.
Why I love the herk! Shes just like a Timex. This C-130 was hit by a insurgent unguided rocket. What a lucky shot. They landed at an airfield that the Army hadnt really prepared for fixed wing traffic yet
