Since we got no game this weekend, what do you guys think about this weekend's college football games?

West Virginia vs. South Florida
I like South Florida's D, but West Virginia has so many weapons. Want to pull for SF, but I'm going to say WV wins 51-42.

Penn St. vs. Illinois
After jumping on the Penn St. bandwagon after the first couple of weeks, it is obvious to see that their offense is just as anemic as usual. I think if Illinois can pull off a few big plays and minimize turnovers/mistakes, they can win it. Illini 27-21.

Ole Miss vs. Georgia
I think Georgia will grind this one out in a very ugly and VERY boring game. Georgia 24-13.

Oklahoma vs. Colorado
This game is under the radar. I expect for the Buffaloes to give the Sooners fits early, and hang around in the 2nd half. But a late surge by Oklahoma gets them the win 45-30. Don't be surprised if its the other way around, either.

Cal vs. Oregon
I'm thinking Oregon wins this one. Their offense is more dangerous than Cal's (Their QB). Defenses are a wash. At Eugene. Ducks 41-33.

Clemson vs. Ga Tech
I was on the Tech bandwagon, and they have shown their annual vanishing act. ACC games are hard to figure out, but I say Clemson wins it, 30-21.

Alabama vs. FSU
Any way for both of these teams to lose? yuck. bama wins it with big plays. 35-30.

Auburn vs. Florida
Too late to apologize for last year? Nope. Fla 38-13.

Pretty tame week if I may say so.

Florida State allowed exactly 6 points to Colorado in Boulder on a 4th and 10 play late in teh 4th quarter. No way they put up 30 on Oklahoma...

I also like Cal to beat Oregon...just call it a hunch...

Love the Gruden avatar. Chucky would look good in a UT shirt next year. Too bad Tampa is playing well right now, he might stay there.

no so sure chucky would look good in orange:question:

I would like the chance to find out. He couldn't be more vanilla than Fulmer. It's sad when Cal's linebacker Zack Follett told the media that UT's offense was so basic they didn't have to study it much.

It would be nice to see Ole Miss put together another game like Saturday and beat Georgia

After the way they played Sat vs. Fl. they might. I went down there to party with some folks after there game and to watch our game and the team felt like they beat Fl. and they r going after Georiga next. They have the mojo to but I just dont think they can at Georiga but I hope they do.

I kind of hope Gorgia wins so they won't be super pissed off when they come to Neyland, even though it wouldn't help us in the East standings.

In a mini footballapalooza that would make Hat proud, I will be at West Virginia-USF and Auburn-UF.

West Virginia vs. South Florida
I like South Florida's D, but West Virginia has so many weapons. Want to pull for SF, but I'm going to say WV wins 51-42. South FL's offense won't be able to ouscore or keep up with WVU...WVU by double digits easy.

Penn St. vs. Illinois
After jumping on the Penn St. bandwagon after the first couple of weeks, it is obvious to see that their offense is just as anemic as usual. I think if Illinois can pull off a few big plays and minimize turnovers/mistakes, they can win it. Illini 27-21. Mich has a hex over PSU. PSU bounces back against Ill that keeps it close.

Ole Miss vs. Georgia
I think Georgia will grind this one out in a very ugly and VERY boring game. Georgia 24-13. i agree. this game was ugly and a grinder last year. i expect Ole MIss to come in with some confidence after thier showing against FL last week. GA in a close one, again.

Oklahoma vs. Colorado
This game is under the radar. I expect for the Buffaloes to give the Sooners fits early, and hang around in the 2nd half. But a late surge by Oklahoma gets them the win 45-30. Don't be surprised if its the other way around, either.
OK's d won't give up that many points. i like OK big.
Cal vs. Oregon
I'm thinking Oregon wins this one. Their offense is more dangerous than Cal's (Their QB). Defenses are a wash. At Eugene. Ducks 41-33. Maybe the best game on the slate. i expect a high scoring game, like you. tough one to call. I'll go with Cal i guess.

Clemson vs. Ga Tech
I was on the Tech bandwagon, and they have shown their annual vanishing act. ACC games are hard to figure out, but I say Clemson wins it, 30-21. again, i agree, i thought Tech was good too in the beginning. but i have no faith in clemson either. i'll take Clemson with the duo of RB's.

Alabama vs. FSU
Any way for both of these teams to lose? yuck. bama wins it with big plays. 35-30. FSU just isn't very good. but FSU is a brand name, and so is bama, both teams will be up for it. i'll take Bama to have just enough offense to beat a rather anemic FSU offense.

Auburn vs. Florida
Too late to apologize for last year? Nope. Fla 38-13. Aub is no Ole Miss. FL big.:)

Pretty tame week if I may say so.
not a bad week...just some of the names dont' mean what they once did, that's all.

Do you have a source for that, because it doesn't make sense that Cal would have to study this year's offense since it debuted with his game, and last year's O hung 35 on them.
