The coaches arent gonna stop. So if it continues to grate on your nerves, it may be a 'you' problem.

It's definitely my problem, and I said as much when I wrote "I don't like it". If you do like the coaches being mealy mouth and insulting everyone's intelligence by saying things that simply aren't true, then that's on you as well.

If he didn't do a press conference, the same people would be on here crying and demanding that Butch tell them something. He owes them information.

I know it's a crazy concept, but how about a little honesty when he does speak to the press and fans? How about not saying that 3-7 Missouri is a "great team", that Hurd had a "lower body extremity injury" and that the "last 5 games are gonna be more difficult than the first 7"?......among other things.

I generally like hearing his pressers and what he has to say about the team and program, but for crying out loud.
