Butch Jones and company...

Yep. It's his fault we score 3 FREAKING POINTS THE ENTIRE GAME!

QB wasn't the problem. He was basically all the offense we had. Our O- line is our biggest problem on offense and our D line is horrible. Can't win in the SEC if you can't win the battles in the trenches.

I hate to say it...but realistically 2016 at the earliest...

We are in a total rebuilding phase, and really we can' expect to compete with Dooley's recruits still on the roster.

I'll give Butch his shot..and just binge drink on game days in the interim.

Really? Down by 28 and punt on 4th and 1 with less than 10 left in the 4th? WTF am I watching?

This says it all and is worrisome. Very very worrisome. No excuse for it, Dooley or Jonesy.

What say you Coach Jones apologists?

I am still very much in his corner, but this pisses me off big time and has to stop.

Note to Jones..forget the bricks! We need some cinderblocks!

I bleed Tennessee Orange and I shall remain always faithful to my Tennessee Vols no matter what!!!

bUTch and whoever he hires for his coaching staff WILL remain here for several more years no matter what and the ONLY thing real fans can do is to support him and the players and pray that bUTch can keep recruiting much better talent and build a depth chart that's full of starting quality players as quickly as possible.

The fact is that we have very few SEC type starting players on our current roster and this is a 100% total rebuild.

The bright side is that some of our very best players are only true freshman with very little experience so we will improve over the next several years.

#BrickbyBrick...VFL...GBO!!!

Idiotic. Dobbs isn't the problem tonight and is obviously far more talented than Worley.[/QUOTE
Obvious if you have any clue about what goes on in a football game. Worley has played his last game @ UT. Worley is not better at anything. Dobbs just needs experience. And an actual offensive line. And Neal to run out of eligibility. Along with a receiver to compliment North. And why does no one mention that we don't have a tailback or a tight-end on the roster and only 1 wideout?
The South Carolina game fooled people caught up in their ranking. They are not great. Neither is Georgia. We play decently @ home. Those two games inflated our opinions about our team. But our road games really tell the tale about our team. And the ugly truth is our roster needs to be overhauled. We are not overly talented and will not be tricking teams out of wins. Auburn will score 30 on us too. Hopefully we can score some ourselves. But all this negativety is misplaced.
We did not have a good team last year that played bad. We had a bad team that played bad. And we have largely the same team this year. We get out of this hole. But it will take years of recruiting. There is not any magic dust to sprinkle on our players. We just need better ones. A lot of them.

We didn't look good today. Its year 1. No big deal. I believe in CBJ and still think we make a bowl. Hope we can fight for 4 qtrs against the plainsmen/tigers/ war eagles(lame...)
My only real concern is corner...that was Coleman and Sutton back there getting torched. I understand Mizzou has huge receivers...but our corners looked slow, not small. Are we bringing in any 4 star corners? I think we will be greatly improved year by year...not sure what DBs are coming next year though?

Looking at what a lot of ghead coaches have done in their second season in the sec I think we should expect to see a big difference next year assuming some of the new skill players are ready to play next year. If we can get to the edges quickly the losses on OL won't hurt so much.

vandy could present some matchup problems. We're going to have to play a great game to win that one.

I believe in Butch. I've always had doubts about Bajakian. Just hope they learn and improve along with the players.

This x 1,000,000 ....... Jones may very well be up for the task but I fear Bajakian is ill equipped for the SEC. The zone blocking scheme of the Oline is a constant problem as it was.for Chaney before they got Pittman to convert to a man blocking scheme.
