Butch better win at Florida

At present, I'm 90% sure Butch isn't the guy, but another loss to a subpar UF squad will elevate the certainty to 100%.

The good will is already gone. Honeymoon is over in my mind.

Twice our fans have checkered the stadium. Twice we've been loud as hell. 115 decibels.

And twice we saw ultra conservative offense kill our chances.

Tired of slogans. Tired of moral victories. Tired of recruiting rankings.

We just need wins.

Alright. Hang on. While agree this loss sucks, just like the UF loss last year (that I attended) I don't think it's time to say it's too late.

HOWEVER, Butch and his coaches do appear that they have been outcoached by big-time, SEC and now Big 12 coaches. Playcalling tonight was awful. Trying to go conservative and protect a 14 point lead against a team like OU is dilusional.

If he doesnt beat Florida ill be 100% against him. May sell my UGA tickets im sick of spending money to go watch the same results every year

Like others have pointed out, our offense didn't score in regulation after the 12:14 mark in the 2nd Quarter. Let that sink in for a second. At home, before and INSANE home crowd and rolling 17-0, we were shut out for nearly the last three quarters.

He's done. No excuse for doing the same thing in games we did last year. Let's up on teams when we get couple touchdowns, then let them come back. We aren't NC quality yet but clearly we've shown we can beat these better teams. Then the coaches back off with the play calling, lack of adjustment, and no balls on even the first possesion of the game.

Only way he could change my opinion at this point is if he totally rethinks his approach to play calling/managing a game. Considering he did the same exact thing as last year, I don't see that happening. Last year I gave him benefit of doubt in that we didn't have as many options and he would try to play it safe, but there no excuse. If I continue to support that behavior then I have no reason to complain going forward. So if he does turn the corner going forward I won't mind eating crow.

He's the Vols football version of the Memphis Tigers Josh Pastner, great recruiter, but not a good coach in my opinion. We've been way to passive with him. At this point he's had chances to prove to us he's a good coach and failed many times. We can't keep saying we need to wait to see and make a judgement. We've seen up till this point.
