Bus tour to Bama Game

OK here is the deal. I have been talking to a few of the board members about chartering a bus to the Bama game from Knoxville. It sounds pretty sweet but we would probably need 20 strong commits to make it happen and soon at that. It has the internet, galley, bathroom, sat tv, and a jon so we are set. All I need is some people who will commit. Who is with us on this bammer bus tour? If we get enough commits then I will go ahead with the resevation. Here is a link

Of course I don't live in Knoxville, but shouldn't you let folks know where to contact you to make reservations and which bus they will be on since they have the link to the bus company? :)

the lux tour bus that fits 29. Reply in this post. I really want to do this so we might have to get money for this early. an yes Hman, you are more than welcome to join

I have a quote in so the price will be posted as soon as I get it. Also, can we make this a sticky if it shows some interest?

yes. If this thing happens, I plan on a stop in Chatt to pick up anyone there as well. As of now, I have not got a quote but it is a holiday weekend so it may be Tuesday before I hear anything.

I have no way to purchase 29 tickets as of right now, but if we get enough interest I will talk to a ticket broker. As of today, tickets on stub hub are around 170 to get in so I doubt we would go that route.

Sounds good. The list is building. I hope to get a quote early next week and have a "bus only" price. By the way, it will be a same day journey and hopefully all day party.

I would like to go but am already going with a group. But I would like to know if maybe you will do this bus trip again maybe for the kentucky game. I cannot find any groups that are going to that game?

As of now this is the only game I am planning on doing a bus for. There may be more bus trips if we get a good turnout. If your plans change let me know.

Last bus trip to a game I went on was to Gainesville when we "drained the swamp". I was passed ou.......I mean.....I slept all the way back.

Im still in school and working part time, so cost is an issue for me. once we find out the charter price i can get you a definate answer.

If I don't have a quote in my email on Tuesday I am going to call and see what is the problem. As soon as I know I will post it in this thread on the first post as an edit. Hope you can make it.
