According to govolsxtra.com, Bud Ford files law suit against Tennessee for not honoring contract to be Athletic departoment historian. He his wanting $40,000. I just think since he has made plenty of money and this was just a token job, he should not hurt Tennessee's image by doing this. I know Tennessee should have handled better too though.

Witch Doctor say proof the cancer that is in the AD dept.. Witch Doctor say they all think they are entitled to something. Yea he LOVES Tennessee so much he suing them for personal reasons. Their motto ,GO VOLS!(as long as its my way and benefit!) ..sad

Like I said, Tennessee did not handle it well too, just saying the job seemed like a token job to me. This is not going to do anything but get him 40,000 and hurt Tennessee. He does not need money and while Tennesseee should not have even offered him the "job" he should realize that Tennessee has been good to him through the years too, and over look this imo.

I personally think it's shameful that they got rid of the team historian. The UTAD is not VFL IMO.

you could see this coming from a mile away, the legal fees will probably cost more than to just pay the guy.

Bob Kesling is the only Vols historian I need. He gives me the historical play-by-play every week, at least five minutes after it happens.

Listened to a game with my dad years ago. He had never listened to kesling as he was only a UT fan due to me. He started laughing and asked me to turn it because "there's no way you can picture the art of football with that guy trying to paint the picture".

Funniest post I've read in awhile. Ha ha, that is Vol classic right there!

"He hits him in stride...check that....threw it a bit behind...check that...tipped to him..and he ran it 32 yards for the first....check that 3 yards for the...check that...so Bray hits Austin Rogers..check that Da'Rick Rogers for 5 yards and a first..check that...2nd and 5....it was first down..."
