So I'm not a Barnes basher, and I don't agree with a lot of the criticism he receives...but do you not think some of the blame for last night's game falls on his shoulders?

Sure. But I don’t need to hear the same garbage ad nauseam from the same 10 low IQ posters that wandered over from the Football Forum. I’d rather hear how the 1-3-1 zone should have been attacked rather than Barnes needed to call a time out. The quality of the posts has taken a deep dive recently.

I think the head man is always accountable for the results, but I think Barnes always emphatically preaches low turnovers, good shots, etc. In this regard, players play and they are the ones making the same bad turnovers.

Agree. But I would also argue the play of the players is a reflection of how well they've been coached up and trained to perform in such circumstances. I lose a little respect for any coach that uses the "I told them what to do but they just didn't do it" excuse.

Barnes publicly pleads for better execution and less turnovers. The message is very clear and the players are failing in this area. No respect lost for me. I bet if you asked these players about this specific question, they would tap their own chest.
