Ok, dumb question but what does medically retire from football mean when you've graduated from college and not playing professionally?
Is there some perk? Able to get disability or something? I could see if you're in college and you retire and the school has to keep you on as long as you stay academic sound.

I think it’s just to let people know “hey I’m retiring/quitting due to injury not because I didn’t try or couldn’t made it to the NFL” just sounds better lol

I really liked watching him play, a unique WR. Really sad what happened. Feels like the Tennessee South Carolina game has featured a lot of big time, career altering injuries (Hendon Hooker, Marcus Lattimore, etc)

The Lattimore injury was gruesome and he was a future HOF type player. Dude was a legit freak.

I'm depending on my memory here, but which game was it that Bru suffered the injurie? I remember being there, but I don't remember what game it was.
