he was suspended, he didn't sit out. My guess is, transcripts showing he has maintained eligibility requirements the last 3 years is the hold up.. many times on transfers, there are problems getting all the paperwork. just a guess.

Still didn’t play last season and 2020 didn’t count towards eligibility. He really hasn’t played meaningful football since 2019
