Yeah... there was that Bengals implosion that jakez was forecasting. Good call, jake.

I think the Bengals loss helps the Titans, so I don't mind it, heh.

Really tid, either one of those teams losing helps the Titans because they're both ahead of them....I still think the Bengals will have to lose one more game and of course the Jets lose out for the Titans to make it but anything is possible the way things have been going this year for the Titans

there's a reason why they're called the bungles, don't forget. marvin lewis has done nothing yet to make think otherwise.

of course, it won't matter, cause the bungles will probably beat the Steelers come Sunday anyway. and that'll suck.

but it would be fun, if at the end of the year, we could ruin their chance at the playoffs, and both wind up with the same record....who dey? exactly. who are dey?

Well, I wouldn't go as far as to say they're still the "bungles". They won the division last year and Lewis hasn't had a losing record in his 4 seasons as head coach in Cincy.

they are the bungles because just about every time they have a big game that matters, they screw it up somehow.

yeah, they won the division last year...what did that get'em? they still lost to the Steelers twice last season, once in the playoffs. they lose to the Colts last week, and it wasn't like this was the 13-0 colts from last year, this was a colts team that had lost 3 in a row and was realing a bit....

they can't close the deal. that's why they're the bungles. Well that, and half the roster where's orange jersey's on the weekends, and orange jumpsuits with "county jail" on the back during the week.:)

there may be a little bias in my comments....so take that for what it's worth!

I'm sensing it. :)

They still may fall short in the big game, but that can change, just as Lewis changed the culture of losing in Cincinnati.

What do you suppose the odds are Cincy beats Pittsburgh last year in the playoffs if Carson Palmer doesn't get injured on the very first play? They get one year to set up, and the next to prove themselves... Then the hinge of their offense gets injured, and they're forced to play with John freakin' Kitna.

Don't go getting all bragadocious on your team because you beat Kitna in the playoffs.
