Part of Lane's scheming, he offered, was taking the heat off his team. For sure, he and his infamous oratory were the target of virtually all the media attention.
"I think it worked perfect,'' Kiffin said. "You come in and play the number-one team in the country in your third game together, you don't want the pressure on your players.
"Put the pressure on me.''
If the media had been happy to oblige, so was a hostile crowd.
"There were a lot of 'F' words that weren't 'Florida' being yelled at me on the ride in,'' Kiffin said.

Well said, Lady. The tone certainly changed from what I heard yelled at me as I walked IN compared to when I walked OUT. It was almost as if it were a nervous cheer at the end of the game as well.

You can bet with the hopes as high as they were yesterday (due to point spread), this morning there are fans jumping off buildings in Gainesville this morning.

Kiffin can more than handle the pressure. I love it! POWER T

What did he say before the game? "They welcomed us very well down here"

Give him time. People outside the UT family are going to HATE him and we are going to be downright giddy when we see him
