There is no chance he’s faster than dobbs. I’d bet Hooker is the fastest currently

Not sure about now but he was faster than Dobbs if you are talking a timed sprint. Dobbs wasn't a speed demon. His combine times were 4.6-4.7. However he had great instincts and vision. He set would be tacklers up better than most RB's.

The organizations listed iirc no longer post hand timed 40's. Maurer is fast. That doesn't mean he's a good runner much less a great QB. But he can run.

Dobbs was elusive but wasn't really a burner.

Dobbs was deceptively fast because he had these long strides. If you let him get 5 or 6 steps in before tackling him you would be in trouble.
