There really isn't data that suggest that any of the athletes should worry about getting the virus.

It's also not going away and there isn't even much of a guarantee that playing or not will make much of a difference of whether or not a player gets it!

Most of the players will live their lives! Hang out with their family, girlfriend and friends. That's how many of them have already gotten the virus.

There is a defensive tackle at Clemson that will probably miss the season due to COVID complications. It’s an outlier, but severe cases in the young do exist

Dabo said he just didn’t want to rush the player back into training, and without the proper conditioning he obviously wouldn’t be able to effectively compete. Not to mention the player also has a case of strep throat that will delay his ability to train. Sounds like Dabo was already thinking about redshirting him even before him contracting the virus.

It blows my mind that some people think there’s no room to do anything but either full panic mode or totally ignore it.

This is exactly how I feel. It’s like you are expected to pick a side....you have to either decide it’s a total hoax and nothing worse than the common cold or you have to believe it’s basically the end of mankind as we know it.
