SEC didn't exactly light it up at WR this year. he was the only 1,000 yard receiver in the league. He isn't top 10 nationally in any category. The back half of the season was a big let down after the hot start he had. Still a great year for a guy that most were done with after last season.

Considering the talent on a national level he was competing against, 3rd team is great. It basically says that the AP voters feel there are only 4 to 6 receivers better than him (and they may think only marginally so).

The good news for us is that his second half of the season stats decrease coincided with the emergence of Staley.

I would personally slot him early second round and I would love the Titans to take him. There are probably 3 WR that are slotted better than him. But you are correct, if his workout is impressive and his combine is impressive, I can see him late first. If someone like Buffalo gets him, he will shine.

I thought it was impressive that he had over 1,000 especially when you consider the production from Staley and Matthews.

During his redshirt freshman season in 2023, Brazzell led the Green Wave in receptions and yards.[10] In recognition of his performance, he earned All-American Athletic Conference third-team honors and was selected as a Freshman All-America honorable mention.[3]

like I said, from 3rd team in a conference full of average college players to first team in a conference full of nfl players in 2 years isn’t something any of us predicted.
