Bray will be successful in the NFL…he has skills….he's smart...but

right now he doesn’t have a coach he believes in and or respects

In the NFL he will...or one that will cut or sit him in a heartbeat if its best for the team

What right does he have not to believe in this staff? He's 20, but already he knows more about offensive football than this coaching staff?

It's difficult to say he's all that smart. He made some pretty dumb mistakes last night that Florida didn't capitalize on. One play that sticks out to me is where he tried to hit a little dump pass to the runningback, but the RB was busy blocking for him and Bray hit him in the side. That wasn't too smart.

He appeared to have no vision last night, or maybe I was missing something.

I thought this was interesting.

During the postgame presser, someone asked him about playcalling.

He said this flatly, with about as much as a non-chalant attitude you can say it with.

"Coach Chaney calls the plays, I just run them."

Thought it was interesting.

That was a screen play, florida was expecting it, and he had to get it away too soon.

If he does not show more fight when things get hard, it would not do for him to come out early. He definitely displayed a lack of maturity, grit, and mental toughness that they are not going to appreciate on Sundays.

You think they give him the freedom to check at the line? That would be disturbing if the answer was no.. He may never make it to the next level if the answer is no...

Bray has the physical ability to be a great QB. He does not have the mentality at this point. He will not be a good QB until he lens how to handle adversity.
At this point he is not close to being ready for the next level.

Then he needs to use his smarts and check into a play that may work. He is a very talented quarterback, but I've yet to see anything that shows he's a smart quarterback.

No player on our team is NFL ready, besides they want players that won't quit in the face of adversity!

Did you notice last night when Bray saw something he didnt like, he looked to the sideline and so did everyone else, he's supposed to be the leader. He is talented, yes. He is not smart though, and I saw that last night.

He's not that smart. He just slings it down the field, and hunter, Rodgers made him look like a superstar against the high school teams we've beaten. But against good teams it shows he isn't smart enough.

I agree 100%. He is a good player when he is not getting hit but is soft when it gets tough. His Oline did not help him and WRs missed some catches but he should take charge of the team like a Peyton. He will never make it as a NFL player if he does not grow up.

I too thought that was interesting.

I read the thread on here last night about Chaney and for the most part its generally the same sentiments as last year.

I also read a good deal about Tyler's "attitude" and maturity.

I don't know what the deal is exactly but I think the QB and OC ought to be on the same page and both believe in the Game Plan. It's a lot easier to execute if you believe in what you are doing. An ego clash between the two of them hurts both as well as everyone else.

I think CDD needs to get both in a room and air this out even if it means in the end benching one or the other but I think he needs to put both of them on the spot and hold them equally accountable for getting on the same page if there is in fact an issue.

As far as I am concerned this is Tyler's team and either work with him or go with Worley. Tyler can't grow up if you will not give him at least some of the space he needs to do just that. Listen to him. Try his suggestions. If it works, great. If not then maybe he'll listen to you a little better the next time.

i TOTALLY AGREE. BRAY NEEDS TO BE BROUGHT DOWN TO EARTH. JERK HIM OUT OF THE GAME AND SET HIS BUTT ON THE BENCH.
