Bowl Game Visitors?

I'm clueless as to the rules regarding gameday visitors at Bowl Games. I would think we could have them, could some1 enlighten me and if anyone knows who it would/could be, thatd be GREAT!

I think we may be able to host UNofficial visitors..but I don't know all the details.

I don't think you're allowed to have recruits on official visits when games are not on your campus. If they want to pay for their own ticket then it's fine.
