I don't know what the promises are or were, but earn your spot.. if that's how he's gonna be, then we don't need him.. I want a runningback who wants to work and earn his spot, or scholarship..

This is what I am seeing here. In the recruitment process DB was told he would be untouchable as a RB in the SEC. DB mistakenly understood this to include practices. Broken promises are built on misunderstandings.

I guess you have to cover things up the best way you can whenever you sign with a team and then all of a sudden up and leave in the middle of the night like an 8 year old at a sleep over party. His loss IMO. You don't win National Championships with players who make excuses. They'll be another player who comes in and takes his place. Best of luck to him. Koodos to LSU for seeing this risk before they signed him.

The way I look at it, is that this just opens up another spot for either Kamara or Henry to come in next year and do some work.

It wasn't even the end of fall camp... still isnt. There are NO promises that can be broken in one week of camp. It's ridiculous and I'm not sure anyone will buy it.
