No, no, and doubtful. Bourque needs to add weight.

I have high hopes for this kid after watching his HS tape. Don't think he takes a starters role from Lane, but I bet they share carries this year.

1. Practice some punctuation

2. I did say he wouldn't take the starters role from Lane, but it's not a stretch to say he can get carries this year.

If he starts from day one, no way he is a 4 year player, barring injury. Don't think he will, though would e nice if he was that good.

He got sick for awhile and dropped some weight.

Is this a serious post? Because unless he dropped 15-20lbs, I'm not that concerned. And if he dropped that weight from illness, I have a feeling he will have it all back before August anyway.

He'll play because of his ability to catch and his height, which gives him great vision. It's unlikely for him to start this year, but depending on what happens next year, he could become a co-starter with Lane by 2013.

He'll get no higher than 3rd on the depth chart this year unless their are some significant injuries ahead of him. That said, he'll get some time in mop up duties, and if he is good, he'll find a little time in the rotation of normal plays. With a stable full of running backs, the coaches are going to have lots of options to spread around carries, but I doubt they spread them too thin. Lane and Neal get the workhorse carries, Young gets scat plays. I'm not sure what that leaves Bourque unless someone gets hurt or seriously underperforms.

If he was an EE it would be possible, but right now he is about 4-5th down on the depth chart.

Bourque needs to redshirt and get stronger. We have already seen what happens in the days where you rely too much on true freshman and sophomores.

Yes, let's name him the starter now without even seeing him practice or take any reps. We should rest him all of August too so he won't be tired when the season starts.

We play the best player. If he's a freshman than so be it. Bama isn't going to hesitate to use their freshman RB this year. Just like Auburn and USCjr didn't hesitate to put in Dyer and Lattimore.

I think he or Watson have to and will end the season at 1 or 2.
