This is the first I have heard of this with VT and then UofM with coach Cal. I have always heard that coach Cal lets his players run wild, so I believe it from the Memphis standpoint. Also, as far as I know this is illegal and how can you sue over something you did which was illegal?

i had a post on this back when it happened in November, but to go forward with the lawsuits, he would have had to plead guilty to state laws. He would be in as much trouble as them. Believe me They have their own problems at U of M Athletics when it comes to NCAA. Are a couple in investigations going on.

Seems to me the dude has passed the point of no return regarding whether or not he would go forward with his suits. His accusations seal his fate in my non legal status. Help us out hat...
