Bowden IS Florida State----he made a football power out of a college for women. Sad day for college football fans.

Florida can only take so many. Kiff will get his. No way the gatas coach em up like this staff. No staff in the country---

Bowden was one of the greats in his day. But, as CLK would say, It's Time. I agree with John, though. JF is not the answer.

Hate to see a coach like Bowden go... He is an All-Time great and built that program out of nothing. He has had some tough years of late, but FSU owes the world to that man. I just hope he is leaving on his terms and not being pushed out - Which I think is the case.

Bowden should have been forced out or fired years ago. He had turned into another Fulmer type - not as bad maybe but close.

You guys are forgetting that when we wanted FSU to join the SEC the whisperings were that Bobby wanted to go to the ACC where he figured it would be a cakewalk year after year. If that's true you can thank him for Florida State not being a part of the SEC.

Bowden is one of the last couple of vintage coaches...Paterno being the other one...They have both seen a lot and done alot....It's going to be strange not seeing bobby on that sideline.
