I was wondering if you needed to have insurance on a jetski in TN..I know if you were after Jan 1989 you have to pass some tests..but that doesn't apply to me. so, does anyone know?

This is one I really wish I knew the answer to, then I too would have a jet ski

I don't know of any law requiring insurance.

But obviously insurance on a PWC is highly recommended to cover your on-water liability. And it is very cheap for what it covers.
