I hoping for a bare bones edition that's just the disc's and would be around $30 more or less.

We are finally getting the Back to the Future trilogy on 4K.

The 35th Anniversary edition of Back to the Future releases October 20. (I know new releases usually drop on Tuesdays but they should have held it two weeks until Thursday November 5th.)
